new guy question, maybe dumb

ive been looking to puttin a new inake manifold on my 98 gt and was wondering if while shopping a was restricted to just 96-98 intakes or could look at 96-04 intakes. maybe a dumb question but owell. I d really like to throw a bullit intake on there, anybody know where to get one cheap?

Dont know where to get one cheap, but yeah you can use 99-04 intakes, just have to use the PI conversion procedures.

pretty simple just do some looking almost everybody has swapped to the pi

I just did the swap the day before yesterday, and well I will tell how it comes out today when I fire her up! and for a N/A car you are not going to get a much better intake than the plastic PI intake off of the 99-04s!

is means your not supercharged or you don't run nitrous.

I have the plenum and throttle body for sale if your interseted in the pi swap.

i would say go to the junk yard and get a 99-04 there shit theres tons of stupid people out there who buy their spoiled rich kids new gt's just to have daddy dearest total em out lol should be a vast supply of em there

its cool, most of the things i do before noon are just blasphemy. I came home this morning from dropping my gf off at work and going to 7 11. Spent 15 minutes looking for my cell phone cause when i came home and put the drinks in the fridge i left my cell on the shelf next to them.
