351 Windsor HP?

How much horsepower does a 351 windsor engine have? I am getting a different car than my camaro. I'm switching to the ford side. Its a 94 Mustang GT, but the engine has been replaced with a built up 351 windsor, which is actually bored to a 357. It has some engine upgrades, but I don't know exactly what. My friend says that it probally has around 430 hp with the upgrades, because it runs a 12.2 1/4 mile consistently. Tell me what you think?

Yeah, but I guess it would depend on how good the driver is. Do you know how much a stock 351 windsor has? Like a freshly brand new one.

+1 on ragtops idea!

And turbo the take a stock 5.0 and a stock 4.6 PI and put them both on the dyno and the 4.6 will come on top everytime!
