A bearing has two metal sleeves with ball bearings in between and allows easy rotatation, a bushing is just a metal sleeve.

pilot bearing and throwout bearing are needed some are included when you buy a clutch kit, along with the alignment tool

well in the suggested products, it says i need throwout bearing, flywheel, alignment tool and pilot bushin, cause the clutch kit is pretty much just the clutch, so i was wondering if pilot bearin n bushin were the same n what one i really needed. Thanks tho.
