i have a couple questions

i have a 96 Gt and i am looking to put some parts on it. i got a fender though cold air intake on it and dynomax exhaust. i am looking at the 75mm throttle body and underdrive pulley's. but with the pulley's will they hurt my altenator and water pump and will my car run hot because now it runs on the A in normal on the gauge with the pulley's. i'm kinda new to the mustang world but i'm learning. plus it has the 2.73 gears in it that i am looking to swtich to 3.55 for some more power. how much work is involved with that.

you not going to need a 75mm t/b for a car that is n/a.
i would stick with a 70mm at the most.

the ud pulleys will not hurt your alternator. that was an issue in the fox body mustangs and unless you are running a huge system in your car you should be fine.

i would switch to either 3:73 or 4:10 gears in your car.. 3:55's are going to help out that much.
i would also reccomend that you get them installed by a shop. they are not very easy to install.

i'd hold off on the throttle body until u have some other mods. i would recommend some PI cams instead of the TB.

u should definitly go bigger than 3.55. U barely notice any difference with those gears.

thanks for the input guys. the underdrive pulleys was my main part that i am going to put on. i just wanted to make sure everything is fine. and i am just running my stock stereo gear so everything should be good to go.

Go with the 4.10s in our cars! Unless you plan on a large blower or a lot of nitrous then go with 3.73s!

they are smaller than your stock pulleys which means they spin faster= about 10 HP
