New throttle body
So I'm looking for some more bolt-ons for my car, working up to putting a supercharger on when i get the money. So I've got 98 GT and was wondering what kind or size throttle body would work well? I've heard a 75mm won't fit under the stock hood and require one of those cowl or cobra R style hoods

I have a polished 75mm throttle body and polished upper plentum. It made a huge difference in response and if you plan on doing any type of forced air, i highly reccomend going with the 75mm.

75mm. Is that okay for n/a motors as well? I plan on mine getting some boost, but it wont be for a good while. I was going to get a throttle body and plenium as well, and wasnt sure to go with 70 or 75 being NA.

the 75 will be fine for the N/A, but studies show that N/A with a stock 99-04 GT the 70 flows more air!

The difference isnt that much. I went with the 75mm so I'm not buying another one later on. You wont feel a difference.

The old rule about the 75mm is a farse on a modular engine. There is no loss of torque or horsepower by running the 75mm throttle body N/A. If you wasnt a cheaper alternative to a 70mm buy one for a Lincoln Aviator, high quality, lower cost than most aftermarket units and is a direct fit.
