Stock gears and tires???
Does anybody know the stock gears and tire size for a 96-98 GT. I've heard gears can range from 2.73 to 3.08 to 3.27, is this true with these mustangs equiped with the T-45 tranny, or did they have different tranny's in them???

i have 2.73s and had the 17inch tire upgrade which came with 245s stock

on your differential it says what gears you have..mine says 3.08..and i had 16" wheels that i hated and upgraded to the 98 17" wheels...with 245s all way around..

for 17s stock tires size is 245/45 I believe.
