Got tuned

Finally after over a year I got the old girl tuned !!! Took all day but well worth it ! After all is said n done she made 347hp and 361tq at only 7.5 # off boost ! !! was hoping to make 10# but need to get a bigger crank pulley and a power pipe to get me at 10# and boy does she like the timing 26 degrees !! Ill try to get the dyno sheet posted soon !!

MHS Stage 2 Blower cams,39# Injectors
PI Intake,Ported and Polished NPI Heads
BBK Headers,78mm BBK Throttle Body,2.5 inch Flowmaster Exhaust ,410 Gears
426HP 422TQ @ 11 psi

Great numbers, but why did you keep the npi heads?


CMS Stage One cams, PI heads, PI intake, Forged bottom end, 10.5:1, FRPP 3.73's, FRPP C Springs, Tokico HP's.

I would guess to keep CR down.

PI heads on a NPI block yields 10.5 CR. Not very boost friendly.

He could have swapped to 18cc pistons and used pi heads though.

To keep the compression down to a safe level ! I like to drive it a lot so I wanted a good safe streetable car !!!
