will these make the car pass emissions with no cats since the CEL wont be on ?

it will make the CEL stay off. i pass marta with them. the only thing is i have my car lowered so they cant see with the mirror they put under it. you take the chance of them noticing the heat shields are missing if your car is at stock hieght.

what is marta ? and as long as they dont see them and the engine light stays off it wont throw any codes right ? so there for it will pass ?
