how much difference will a programmer make. how much time will it take off at the track

not a lot, face it we've got slugs lol..

if anything go with a sniper.

What kind of mods do you have now? A tuner will make the most horsepower out of what you have to offer. It could gain you very little (3-6hp) or a descent amount (10+hp) depending on your mods and what kind of tune you get. You can get a tuner with multiple tunes.
