pi heads
if i buy a used set of heads and off a 2004 gt and swap them on to my 97 gt can i use my existing lash adjusters and lifters

yes, btw a lash adjuster and a lifter are the same principal. I know you meant follower, if you can afford the new parts get them.

Yeah I am planing on doing new lifters, but not cam followers! And if you go wtih a high lift agreesive cam it will signifactly reduce the risk of ticking!
