98 Mustang GT 8.8 rear end

I need to change out my rear end due to the right axle tube being bent. So I was wondering what is the cheapest way to go about doing this because i start college in a week and can't afford to much right now but i need the car for college so i was wondering if any other 8.8 rear ends would fit(i.e. Foxbody, Thunderbirds ect.) That i might find cheaper than $500

I found a rear end from a 1988 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe on ebay and the guy says it'll fit my car but it doesn't have axles so what axles would fit it. Im geussing its a little wider ar narrower than stock so will it still fit with wide tires b/c i have 10.5 in. Cobra R rims w/ 275 rubber so there about 11 in. wide and barely fit the car now.

(Replace the**)

hope this explains my situation well and any help is greatly appreciated
