Draining Coolant

What do I need to drain the coolant in my car? What size size socket fits the drain plug on the bottom of the motor? Stupid questions but I'm trying to get all my stuff together for my PI intake swap Monday...

The "petcock" aka drain plug is on the bottom passenger side corner of the rad. It kinda behind the flimsy shroud they put in there. If you haven't changed your coolant in a while,Id go ahead and do it.

I dont remember what size box wrench it is. But if you have a complete wrench set,you can figure it out. Draining the block isn't mandatory. Its a PITA anyways.

Word of advice. Takes pics of everything ! Especially note how the wire harness is routed around the engine bay ,how your plug wires and looms are positioned etc.

Also ,after you have installed the new intake and bolts ,you will need to re-torque them in the proper sequence after the car has been drivin and the engine is warmed up. Cuz when you torque them while the engine is cold ,you dont get as good a fit on the bolts. Not a bad fit ,just not up to spec.
