scary problem

ok so was picking up a friend when he told me my car was making a noise when i pulled up-couldnt hear over exhaust. so i parked and got out and could here a repeated knocking sound, so i popped the hood and looked around, it was dark but i had a flashlight and parking lot lights, and i saw the fan moving foward and backward towards the radiator and vibrating towards the engine like if it was spinning so fast that it was wanting to come off, but the fan was not spinning real fast, so i went to buy some stuff came abck to the car turned on the a/c after turning on the car and the fan was going crazy very loud knocking heard form inside the car and crazy vibration so i turned the a/c off then the car.. then turned it back on and was now knocking very lowly,

only thing i did was take off the intake clean it put it back on, i checked it 3 times and marked the rpms at where it idles before i took it off, and is now the same, so i think its a coincidence, only thing out of the ordinary is i had to use ABS to stop because of n asshole

what should i start checking for in the morning?

I'm confused. Is it your radiator fan that is about to fly off or are you talking the blower that works with the a/c / heater. I dont think your radiator fan would have a thing to do with your a/c. Unless I dont know something.

Your radiator has alot to to with you AC. When the AC is on the fan works inconjunction with the AC , hence why some vehicles have 2 fans, 1 for the AC and 1 for the engine. Remember your condensor for the AC sets infront of the radiator.
