sold my stang...sigh

well i sold my mustang today to my mechanic. The motor was blown(piston rings) in it but he still wanted to buy it...i figured it would take some headaches away from me to just sell it. just letting any of u know that i took the supercharger off and it is for sale.. its listed in the for sale section of the forums. oh well time to look for a new car..was considering an 03 04 cobra but they are hard to some by i duno! got any suggestions?

Man I hate to see taht beauty go, but hey look at it this way... Time for a new project

Depending on the route you wanna go, you could pick up another sn95 or a foxbody and put more money into getting it faster... Or you could just throw the money into getting a nice, fast car already.

yeah i say go look on corral classifieds cuz there are is a turbo 95 for 9 grand right now..and alot of other cars...

Yeah man I gotta agree with that, I would just have that motor rebuilt with forged internals and be set.

yea i really didnt want to take the time and spend all that money into rebuilding my block and such...i think im going to buy a newer car..the 96 was 11 years old and i didnt wanna have to start dealing with problems because of its age. I want to buy a car that is already fast but of course i will make it faster lol. maybe a newer cobra or i might even look at wrx Sti's just because they are about 300hp stock and are awd which i really could use. i dunnno yet tho. any of you wanna buy the supercharger?!

i sold it to my mechanic for $4,000 thats with the blown motor, i took off the supercharger of course.

as for the mach 1 or the new mustang gt...i dunno if i really like the mach 1's i do like the new GTs however i want something that comes supercharged or turbocharged.... once youve had a taste of forced induction its hard to go back lol

um.............y don't u just buy a 99-04 gt....

i'm sure with a little fab work u can get that blower on there........

i'm pretty sure the only dif is the bracket used for mounting...

yea it would with a few minor pieces and parts...u can get all the pieces and parts at a website...im not sure if i can post it on here if u wanna pm me for it
