Making a list and checking it twice...

So I got about a month until I get home from Iraq, and I've spent alot of time over here getting everything set up at home to do a full PI swap when I get back. I just wanted some second opinions on this list to see if there is anything I've overlooked. I figure now is the time to get the crap shipped to my house so it's waiting for me and I can knock the swap out quick. Here it goes:

PI Romeo Heads
Head gaskets
Head bolts
PI Cams
Typhoon intake*
Intake Gaskets
Intake bolts
PI alt. bracket
Timing Chains*
Timing Cover gasket
Crank seal
PI Cam gear bolts
Valve covers
Valve cover gaskets
Headers*
Header gaskets
Downpipe gasket
JLT RAI*
U/D Pulleys*
PI coolant tube
PI head plugs (for rear of heads)
PI coolant nipple
Thermostat seal
Injector O-rings*
180 thermostat*

Any additions would be great. This is also a kind of "what you will need for a PI swap" for any oncomming "swappers" so everyone PLEASE chime in! Thanks! (* = Just becasue I'm in there I might as well..lol)

PI Romeo Heads
Head gaskets
Head bolts
PI Cams
Typhoon intake*
Intake Gaskets

Intake bolts..........dont think you need these either, unless the typhoon requires differant bolts

PI alt. bracket

Timing Chains*..........................Probly dont need
Timing Cover gasket
Crank seal
PI Cam gear bolts
Valve covers
Valve cover gaskets
Headers*
Header gaskets

Downpipe gasket..............if you mean doughnut gasket, your car doenst require one

JLT RAI*
U/D Pulleys*
PI coolant tube
PI head plugs (for rear of heads)
PI coolant nipple
Thermostat seal
Injector O-rings*.................dont need these, unless you break one
180 thermostat*

Also I have a complete engine gasket kit minus 1 head gasket, and it has romeo valve cover gaskets. Let me know if ya need anything.

Yeah some of the stuff like timing chains and the injector o-rings are just because I feel like replacing them. About the down pipe gasket, i was told that I think it's on the passenger side where the H-pipe hooks up to the headers, there is a gasket there. Oh well, if there isn't then whatever it was only like $2. I don't know why I typed intake bolts...lol...I got another set in some kit so I was going to use those because they're newer. And yes, I already have bought all this stuff. Thanks for the offer on the gaskets. If I bust one or don't have a certain one I'll definately be hitting you up.

Yeah I've had some time to make sure I get everything I need. Like I said, I've ordered stuff that isn't a MUST but I am one of those people who like to have all my bases covered. Those of you who have worked on cars (especially these mod. motors) know that there is ALWAYS that "oh crap!" face and sinking feeling when you know you forgot something.
And I'm totally waiting for ckjackobus or fryrice to jump in here and be like, "Yeah, you toally forgot ________!" LOL

Yep, I'm a Marine. Got out here in March and will be home first week of Oct. Can't wait to get back! I really do appreciate the support!

Might want to add these:

Spark Plugs
Plug wires
Coil packs.
New belt (just in case)
brake parts cleaner
silicone glue
A can of PB BLASTER

SCT tuner
fuel line disconnect tools
torque wrench
Coolant
Oil and filter

and I strongly suggest a 3/8 drive swivel, it will make life alot easier

I would say lifters might be something to replace. Also I think Two Cans of PB blaster. Also Acetone and a razor to clean the head to block surfaces

NO, dont use any metal on aluminum surface.
Get a plastic scraper, and some brake parts cleaner.

-I have NGK Iridium plugs, FRPP 9mm plug wires, MSD coil packs, Gatorback belt, Diablo tuner (their headquarters is about 30 mins from my house so I get really good customer support...lol)

-All the coolant, oil, filters, etc... I am just going to wait until I get back to pick that stuff up from the local Mustang shop.

-Tools....Have TONS!! lol. I have air tools and pretty much a full shop (minus the lift) in my warehouse. My Dad was a drag racer so we have just about all that covered.

- I was going to wait until I get a set of more aggressive cams to change that stuff. The heads I got come with everything in the valve train brand new so I was assuming that all that stuff would be fine for the moment. But will def. through those in down the road.

I don't want these to sound like objections to anyone's ideas. THEY'RE NOT!! I do keep all of this stuff in mind and will be sure to take everything into account. And thanks for the input thus far and keep it comming! Thanks again!

My only recommendation is be careful with the PI coolant tube. It comes really close to the bottom of the typhoon intake so just make sure that you get a really good fit on the nipple so it doesn't rub.
