PI Cam Tommorow HELP

I've read caspers write up, and one from stangnet. I have all the sockets, cam gear bolts, inch and a foot lb tourque wrench. My question is what problem areas have the people that have done it incountered? I do not have an impact wrench so what are some good tips to get the cam gear off without one. Check my order
Take followers out ( i'll be using a flat head screw driver), undo cam girdles (slowly as to not break), unbolt cam gear ( watch to not drop gasket between cam and the gear, replace cam, replace followers, cam gear.
I'm pretty sure i'm good to go i just want to make sure cause i haven't done any work like this before. Thanks in advance guys.

sounds good, are you taking the timing cover off? If not I have heard of keeping slack in the timing chains by tieing it to the ceiling to hold it up. And to get the cam gear off, you should be able to do that with a braker bar, but i am not for sure!
