yeah dont be a cheap ass, you cant clean a fuel filter, put a new one on, but i bet your FP is going out and all your burning is what is in the fuel rail

In your first post ,you said the car wouldnt start at all. But then you say it starts but wont stay running. Which is it or is it doing both ? So far i agree with the FP theory.

What other mods do you have,and have you had any work done to it lately ? Mileage ? auto/5spd ?

A couple things,you cant flood a EFI car ,and you cant clean your filters .

If your getting fuel and no spark it is possible to flood an EFI car, but its uncommon to do that.
