Battery

ok when i hit about 3000 rpms my battery light comes on, so last night i got out of work and went to start it and it sturggled to start then it started. so is my battery goin.

see if your terminals are tight first.

Are those Red Top Optima batteries the best ones for our cars?? I have one right now b/c I got it for cheap. They are supposed to have pretty high output.

Could be dirty posts, loose ground wires, battery in need of a little charge; but I've never had a problem with any of my car's red top batteries come to think of it.

If battery is in need of a "little charge" then the ALT isnt doing its job.
