nitrous questions


i have a 96 gt with u d pulleys and cai and now nos 125 shot how would i tune so it could handle the power. whats seafoam and were can i get it?

don't run 125... that's too much for your car.


bump it down to a 100 shot.

buy an Xcal (tuner) and get a dyno tune.


seafoam is an internal engine cleaner and you can get it at most parts stores.

do i need to tune for 100 shot and why not use the 125 shot

I would tune anyway just to be on the safe side.


too much nitrous=boom.

our motors don't like nitrous like the Chevy motors do.

you might be able to run 120 shot since you have lower compression then the 99-04 GT's but it's not safe without a tune.

well the nos is a dry set up and the guy who sold it to me said id work fine he ran it on a 95 5.0 can i tur it into a wet set up and what do i need
