My car runs ridiculously rich, the best solution to this would probably be dyno tune?

Also, a 1996-1998 Cobra is highly underrated by a lot of people. These cars are stupid fast, and are overshadowed by their upgraded friends the Mach 1 and then the 99/01 03/04. I'm running low 13's right now with just bolt-ons and a gear. Average driver still and very mild launches.

Stock for stock I'm going to say a 96-98 Cobra with a smart driver will still run a 99-04 on the road.

I beat my friends 03 GT all day.... then again Im a better driver
but yes fi you get a 96-98 cobra just procharge, or novi 2000 it with about 8lbs of boost, headers, mid, cat back wich would put you close or above the termis. no need for forged internals intill you go over 450hp after that then you need a steel crank, rods etc... also the 96-98 cobras blocks are aluminum as to termies are steal.

i agree totally that 96-98 cobra are underated, in fact with its aluminum block forged internals and a procharger i think they could make a lot of KB/Whipple 03/04 drivers sweat.
