No Power....

So I'm pretty new to this site...used it some last summer but check it out quite often, but I got a problem with my 98 GT. I was drivin down the highway and went to pass a vehicle and my car blew off a vacuum hose, the exhaust gas hose. and the day before i thought my car was sounding kinda funny but didnt figure anything was really wrong. well i got the new hose and installed it the next day. well NOW my car doesnt have any power, i can't hardly get it to 45mph . And it sounds as if it has another leak on the passenger side but i can't find anything. It hasnt thrown any codes so far either. Revs high but just doesnt go anywhere. at times acts as if its miss fireing too, almost dies at lower rpms. I'm not a mechanic otherwise i could prolly explain it a little better but if anyone could help me out..i would appreciate it. thanks.

well i bought it back in febuary...its due for an oil change i know. I really havnt got it checked out for much else...but i had to get the intake switched b/c the factory one cracked like all the rest. And i'm sure i'm due for some new fuel injectors b/c some water may have gotten on them during the intake swap. And another thing is that it doesnt seem to want to shift sometimes...Vacuum on tranny??? I'm just trying to get suggestions before i take it to a mechanic and have to pay big bucks...

if there are other problems on the car the computer wont let the car run like its suppose to, that includes transmission. go ahead and change the oil and at the same time change plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, pcv valve, run some seafoam through it, clean iac, clean maf, and see what it does. if its an auto, change the trans filter and fluid. get a can of brake cleaner and start spraying the vacum lines one by one to see if you have a vacum leak. if the car revs up a little when you do, that vacum line that you are spraying needs to be replaced.
