does any one know how to do this upgrade?

yeah you take off ur IAC
put the plate there
put ur IAC back on

It keeps our cars from having that naturally hanging RPMs. You need to drill smaller holes in the gasket before putting it inline with your IAC. I have it done to mine and it sounds bad ass with the quick return in RPMs.

after i did my PI swap i had no more RPM hangups.......

rpms drop like a prom queens panties

thats funny.....

my RPMs had a huge hangup issue.

I've got a friend with a 00GT and his RPMs are even worse then mine were.

It's funny how the 99-04 parts just work better on our cars then they do the cars they came from.

dont need the spacer, just need to flip your gasket 180* and make a new hole, is that right matt?

look in the stickys in the 96-98 section, you can find his post there, and just click PM under his sig. You might not get an immediate response, he hasnt been online for a few days.

if you do it wrong your car wont idle right, also even if you do it right, during a cold start yor car wont idle high to warm up

Is that bad? Or do u just have to drive it to warm it up? And is it reversable?
