Help. My Cigarette Lighter Doesn't Work

I have a 97 GT. The cigarette lighter doesn't work and I don't have an owners manual. Can anyone tell me which fuse needs replacing and what number it is on the panel?

Whether or not you use the lighter, you need the fuse to be operable, because the DLC runs off the same fuse.
