yes they can hold that much power stock

yes thats to the RW's

No i wouldn't reccomend pushing that much power on a stock bottom end, even though it can handle it, she'll just be a ticking time bomb.

400 is a solid round number, anything higher then that and i would make sure i have the extra money lieing around for a new block

Thank you, you just saved me 4000 dollars! I definately don't plan on going past 400.
