matt didn't have a pre dyno of the car, just after he did the swap

even so, matts numbers are way off because he used an AWD dyno, and the dyno was approximately 5500feet above see level.

So i just started up the car and the manifold didnt leak! hell ya!! However the sensor that we had to drill and tap in the aluminum crossover...ya it leaked. my buddy that helped me didnt put any teflon tape on it so we wrapped it in teflon tape and its good to go! I took it around the block keeping it betweend 2k and 2500rpm and checked it, nothing ...then drove it from my buddies house getting on it pretty good and no leaks! I caint wait to take it to the track now!

Same here... I don't get to enjoy what little power my car has unless I am out in the middle of nowhere or getting onto a highway. Sucks but its fun when I get the chance

I already have PI heads and comp cams waiting to go on, but i am fixin to leave for korea for a year and my other intake was cracked so i had to do this to hold me over. if it wasnt for the fact that i am getting a forged shortblock i would have gone on and put the PI heads and all on.

I caint drive it hard all the time cause i am running rich and i need a good tune. right now i am gettin 16mpg and thats granny shifting for the most part. I need a tune bad!

Hey fellahs. Matt....you havent put the PI swap on yet!! Seems like its been forever since i have been on here.

Just let the silicone sit over night...no need to wait days on end to open that bitch up. Let her scream up in the rpms now. Dont let out of it at 5. Take it right up to 6k. and thats about where you'll run out of breath again due to youre heads. The mismatched ports kinda put a burden on things.

Anywhoo...glad you got it together. When i put the PI cams in....wow. SO much better in the rpms. Felt like a brandnew car.

Matt....here is the new whip. Bought it 2 weekends ago. And couldnt wait to spend money. Bought it all stock except flows, underdrives, and 3.55's.
