Funny squeeky noise?

Funny squeeky noise?

Well I've been noticing that for awhile when I start my car I hear a strange squeeky sound coming from inside the engine bay. When I turn the car off I can hear it squeek til the fan stops moving and I'm thinking that its the fan clutch or something, But i'm not sure really.... any other ideas?

maybe a crack in ur belt ... that would make a squeeking noise

you have an electric fan, so theres no fan clutch, if its doing it until the fan stops I would say the bearings in the fan motor about to go out on ya.

That would make sense... any way of changing out the bearing instead of buying a new fan?
