Self-induced vomiting....

Seriously though, pulling the back seat is the number one. Pulling the front sway bar is another if you just plan on going in a strait line (i.e. dragstrip). Fiberglass (or carbon fiber if you got the cheese) panels like hood and deck lid. Replacing a lot of the suspension stuff like the k-member, control arms, etc. with aftermarket stuff that is usually lighter and stronger

Remove the carpet to junk the padding, light weight seats, remove all the ducting for the heat/ AC under the dash, lighter wheels, aluminum driveshaft, spare tire and jack, remove stereo equipment, insulation under hood, plastic inner fender covers, bumper inserts (if not for street use) there are many ways ( I probably forgot a few).

Spare tire and jack. prob not a good idea if u drive it every day
