Discussing wierd from noise in the 96-98 Forum. when i back up i get this wierd noise like something is binding? any suggestions? ... wierd from noise
when i back up i get this wierd noise like something is binding? any suggestions? new rack and pinion tierods shocks tires. went to get a alighment check. the tech said everything was tight? what to look for now?

That would be the first thing I check out too, the U joints.
P.S. If you order a new aluminum driveshaft, it comes with new u joints!!!

When you turn either direction? May be ball joints? Do you hear any clicking sound or anything?

ya it makes like a binding/clicking noise can hear it more when i turn in rev. but starting to make the noise in forward motion w/ the wheels turned all the way
