daleboeski Newbie Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 15	calibration number? Finally got my cobra motor in today(whooo whooo) but ran in to a litle snag when goin to buy a computer for it. Went to the dealer(p.s. dont ever go to healy in ansonia ct the parts guy there was the biggest di*k i ever met. i told him to screw off and stormed out)and they told me i need to get the calibration number off of a cobra computer. so i was wondering if anyone with a 96-98 cobra would mind taking a look and getting back to me. a 96 would be preferable but i will apreciate anyone who will answer. they also told me they list 2 different ones so if i can get a copuple of you guys to come back with the same number id feel better ordering it. Ohh yea who can reccomend a ford dealer with good people in the parts dept. i need like $1000 in parts and refuse to give it to those idiots at healy.

Hmmm, first off pcm's are easy to remove. They are gay and i just leave mine out. Second i have a 97 Cobra, so i can check for you. But give me a day or so... im a very busy guy. What about a junk yard? ever try that, ask if they have one and then go down to check it out and just take the plastic cover off from it. haha. ( that has the code on it )

So i will get back to you and there are a few guys in here with Cobras ranging from 96-98.
