Opinion.....

One of my friend's neighbors is selling his 1997 V6 Mustang with the following mods:

-Vortech S-trim Supercharger (Installed and tuned by Ford with all supporting mods)
-True dual exhaust
-Full Saleen body kit (Car is all black)
-Cobra rims
-Cobra hood
-Soundsystem
-5 speed
-New gear ratio (Don't remember what he said but I believe 3.73's)
-86K miles (said he put the S/C on about 1 1/2 years ago)
-Dynoed at 203 RWHP and 250 Ft Tq.

He is asking $3000 for it. Here's my plan. My girlfriend needs a car and wants a Mustang and this is right in her price range. I really want to get some sort of forced induction. So I was thinking about helping my girl out and giving her like $800-$1000 and take off the S/C and make her car N/A. And then putting the S/C on my 1998 GT.

Does all that sound okay?? I am sure the S/C will work but can I use the fuel pump and MAF and all that and then just get my car tuned? What off of that V6 can I put onto my car? Here's a link if anyone wants to look...

Actually nevermind. I just called the local shop and hey said it wouldn't be worth it, either buy the car and keep it the way it is or don't get it.
