Built AOD
where can i find a good Automatic transmission for my 98 GT Auto? or a shift kit for some better shifts. i'm torn between a tough auto tranny and a t-45 swap so help me out please

I've been told by many that a built aod will beat a manual 9/10. I've been in a stock 5.0 auto with a good torque converter, it about ripped my head off. 2 weeks later he bent his stock drive shaft....
Now where to get one, sorry, don't know.

lol, alright so i can use the stock tranny and put in a nice torque converter and new driveshaft to snap some heads?
