how much is posi?

if i bought a posi rear end around how much would that cost...and if its to much whats a way that i can get more power to the rear wheels....some what cheaply?

The 8.8 in rear end has a posi unit in it. The next thing for you to do is gears is what it looks like. You won't get a rwhp increase but you will get a MAJOR acceleration increase.

If you go to mustangtuning.com, they are having a sale right now on a combo of gears for an 8.8 rear end (3.73 or 4.10) and an SCT Excalibrator 2 for about $530. If you want gears and plan on tuning your mustang this is a good deal to get. Alot of people argue about which tuner is better but the SCT works with all mustangs 96-05+ and the Diablo's are only good for certain years and models.
