diamond pistons
i called a local performane shop about getting new pistons and rods they said they were selling diamond pistons on sale are these any good??

so for a decent price they would be a good choice? not i cheap brand in quality?

Diamond pistons are great and lots of guys use them. www.modularperformance.com uses them and check out the engines they have built for racers like Shawn Johnson - F/S champ, etc.
CP is another great brand.  Rods, I'd use Manley, Carrillo, and Oliver to name a few.
