Stock Throttle body and plenum
my buddy wants to keep the running horse on the plenum.
is it possible to port and polish a throttle body and plenum and get the same results as going with an aftermarket setup? |

The plenum can be ported but it will not yeild the same power as an aftermarket. Polishing anything on the induction system will show a power loss, an 80-120 grit finish is all that is needed and will actually increase the velocity.
