Idling Weird...

So last night I started driving home from work on my 97 GT and it was pretty cold out about 30 degrees, and I started it up, and it started running a little weird. Drove it down the street.. and stopped at a light, and the engine was running from 1,600 down to about 1,100 or so.. Should i be worried? When it got warm, it was fine, and every time the temperature is warm, there's no problem.

was it bouncing back and forth signifigantly?

when i cold start my car it shoots up to 1600 for about 15-25 seconds then drops to 1100 or so for another minute or two...

and i've got a bad rpm hangup too unless the car is up to temp...

when i crank up mine and its cold it goes so low as to sound like its gona die and then it shoots up. it does a roller coaster for a min or so and then its good...is that normal as well?

When i first started it, it idled normal, and then i drove it 50 feet and stopped, and it started idling weird. It would do it every 30 seconds or so, and then once the engine got up to Operating Temp, it was fine.

It only does this when it is really cold outside, and has been sitting for awhile.

ehh well gt4.6 pretty much nailed it lol i was gonna say fuel injectors this was happeneing on my moms cougar
