2003-96 head/cam swap


Getting 2003mach1 Heads and cam put on my 96gt aswell as full aluminum Aftrmarket manifold and OEM radiator. how much of a change should i see in HP...???

you're gonna need WAY more then the heads....You still need the intake manifold, throttle body, front cover, cam chains, cam gears, tensioners, etc...I also reccomend pistons. The headers are different as well. A 4v swap is a lot more involved that most people initialy believe it to be. There aren't a whole lot of interchangeable parts. Its a lot easier to jus drop in a whole 4v engine considering the many changes you'll have to do to your engine...

yes i almost did it also but its going to cost you over 2 grand to do this..

Well yes but i have all the parts from the privious mustang. and its only costing me 300$

the guy who owns the 03mach1 has replaced all of this and still has all the components necessary to do the job as well as a tuning program to get it right.
