96GT T-45 1st-2nd Grind... Help!
No matter the speed if i have the clutch fully depressed holding for any ammount of time while moving. Shifting from 1st-2nd.. FAST will cause a grind.... why is that...???

the syncro is the most expensive
shift fork isnt terrible , but the clutch cable is the easiest and doesnt cost a dime.
