Wierd Idle Issue

In the past couple of day when I drive for any length of time my idlesticks around 1300-1600 RPM. I just replaced the IAC a few months ago,but could this be a TPS issue. Thanks

i had idle problems for a while, too. i cleaned the IAC and it worked fine for about 2 weeks. then the idle was shitty again. i checked for codes and found out that the TPS was bad, so $50 later, the problem was solved...

Nah, I never sold it for obvious reasons.....00 what part of va beach are you in, i am in the sandbox too, I need to meet up with some fellow stangers to check iout the scene around here. And thanks for the help, I shall keep my eye on the TPS, and it only idles sometimes high, also when i put it to the floor it doesn't do it afterwards.

Mine did the exact same thing when an upstream O2 sensor went out. any other codes? any ghost codes that are there and go away?

i'm out near Lynnhaven Mall. check into the southeast section. we post in there about meets, car shows and other local stuff going on in the area, there's quite a few Hampton Roads guys on this site...
