What Kind Of Trans Fluid For A T45

I am at hte point where I am going to require trans fluid for my t45 rebuild,i have carbon kevlar syncros and someone told me to run synthetic fluid , what kind? or napa said use dextron mercron 3,I can tell you it didnt take long for the previous ownre to fry out 4th gears syncro and I dont want to redo my own work anytime soon either,

I like Synchromax It's cheap and it works GREAT!

Pro-Motion in FL is where my new T45 was built. It also has the carbon fiber syncro's. I was told for the first 500-1000 miles use normal mercon III fluid and then I could go to the synthetic fluid.
