Is Mac long tube headers any good?

I ask if MAC long tube headers are any good because I was dickin arround on ebay and put a bid on the headers for 200.01 not thinking that i would actually win them but I did...lol so if and when i get the headers will I have to get the X Cal 2 to tune it? and plus Ill think Ill wait and buy the magnaflow x pipe and cat back then they all 3 can go on at once. so i only have to pay for one tune...plus would it fit up with magnaflows? and even better will they even fit with out modifing any thing elese like the K member? Thanks!

well i have heard bad things about macs headers for the cobra engines. have heard things about slag thats been left in the tubes being pulled back into the motor and killing the engine. i dont know if they still have those problems, but there are def better quality headers out there for them. i say spend a little extra money and get a great set of them. youll like em better

id say there are a lot better out there, my macs have been great but its a v6 not a cobra. im with drgn sell them and get something a little better

whew the seller is going to take them back. but he all ready shiped them so I had to call him and he just told me to refuse them when the UPS driver gets here and when he gets them back he will send my my money back. so its going to be 7 days to get here and seven days to go back, dang 14 days to get my money back, but on the briter side i do get my $$$ back LOL
