Building The 96

okay I have a 96gt that needs an engine, so I found a 97gt engine with 70k miles for $1050 is that a good deal? Also I needed a transmission, so i found a tremec T3650 out of a 2000 gt with 36k miles the guy wants to sell it for $350 is that a good deal? and will it all fit together? Thanks for any feedback or advice

Get a PI and it shouldn't cost more. Salvage yards are full of them.
