93 Octane W/ PI? How much HP?

I read somewhere that when you do the Pi swap you will have to have
Premium gas or 93, or pinging/Knocking will happen. Is this true? I know a lot
of guys on here are pi so I need some input. I will get the swap completed once I have all the parts. Right now I have 2heads/cams, and I need the intake mani and gaskets. Oh and Also how much HP do you think I will have W/ my current setup, and full PI with tune? Is there really a Difference in Hp since im a 98?

it raises the compression so you'll have to use the higher octane gas and it'll give you anywhere from 50-65 HP. with your mods, not sure if it'll give you more cause it breathes and farts decently
