97 mustang gt dies for no reason. Help!

I have a recently purchased 97 mustang 4.6 SOHC

The other day at 65mph, the engine just died. After pulling over to the side of the road, I tried to start the engine. The feul pump sounded like it was operating correctly, and the engine would start, however, it would only idle at about 250 rpm, with the gas pedal barley pressed, anything more or less than barley, would cause the engine to die. After about 5 minutes of trying that, and letting the car rest for 15 minutes. I tried to start the car again, and it started up just fine. I drove for about 3 mor miles, and it repeated again. This scenerio happened about 5 more times, until I reached the next town, and i pulled it over to an empty lot for the weekend. I put STP/Heat in the gas tank to possibly remove any moisture from the tank, and try again. When I got back to the car a few days later, the car started just fine again. I havn't drove it for a long enough period of time again to see if the problem is still there. But I did take it to AutoZone for the computer check, and it came back with the Generic P1443 code, and P0125 Insufficient coolant temp for closed loop fuel control. I do have a small coolant leak that is leaking to the ground, not thru the manifold to somewhere not needed. I just keep adding coolant every once in a while. (about two weeks or so)

When the car runs, it runs great, when the car dies, it has either a hard time starting or just barley runs at 250 rpm.

Theres a chance this could be related. I had a similar problem, but mine occured after I gave the motor a good wash. After the wash the car started fine, but the next morning it ran like a four banger with a cold.
The first thing I thought of was that I had unplugged an injector or something. Nope! I pulled one of the spark plug boots off and no moisture so I assumed it was not water in spark plug boot. To make a long story short I checked other boots and found a very small amount of moisture on one of the boots and wiped it off and the motor ran beautifully! You may have coolant dripping in spark plug hole?

What would the IAc have to do with the car dying at highway speeds?
