i have the same size rims and i plan on getting this kit Eibach Pro-System Kit - 79-04 4.6 & 5.0 V8 Mustang (and V6 Convertible) - StangSuspension.com it lowers it about 1.5 and you really shouldnt need cc plates. H&R also has good springs that lower it 1.6 in front and 1.9 in back, personally i wouldnt go much lower that that.

well you dont have to buy the kit with the shocks/struts if you dont want to, but thats what im doing. its a good idea though to replace them and you might as well while your doing it. heres a link to just the lowering springs. 94-98 Mustang Springs at AmericanMuscle - Free Shipping!

the headlights i got from UPR about three years ago but the dont carry them anymore, but these are the same thing - Black Angel Eye Projectors (94-98) they are 1pc which i think looks really nice and they are bright as hell too. you can also get them in clear or chrome.

honestly i dont remember, whatever they came with is whats in them. the lights above are the same as mine and they come with 9005 bulb for low beam a H3 for high, thats probably what mine are too. i dont think those bulbs are what come from the factory in you stockers, i think those are 9007s . anyways they are bright as hell and you wont be disappointed. especially if your stock lens are are faded and yellow, thats why i got mine.

18s + lowering will rub in the front when you turn the wheels all the way.

I'd never drop 2 inches...That's rediculous

But he doesnt have any scrape issues...but his wheels do rub, and only at lock..

I run the pro kit w/ 18x9 265/35's & 18x10 295/35's No problems at all even w/ 1/2 coil off the fronts and no isolators.
