I usually get ~18mpg city (17 if driving like a jerk) and 23 on the freeway (again, less if driving like a jerk )

In the Cobra I get about 14-16 in the city, and 22-26 on the highway depending on how I drive. What's funny about that is that the 26mpg is when I drive the heck out of her, and 22 is when I'm taking it easy (no joke).

About 6 months ago, my mileage dropped from 22 to about 11. Fresh plugs brought it right back up.

Just whatever you do, do NOT put Bosch plugs in your car! I can't emphasize that enough. I swear by NGKs myself.

Its all about the NGK. I run tr-55's my self. Copper, after I fowled 4 sets of plugs I decided the platinum and iridium was not worth it.

That's probably the problem with my car. I have been getting 13 driving it easy in town.. recharged the k and n, filled up the tires, put in fuel injector cleaner.. but its probably plugs because these waste spark ignition systems go through plugs pretty fast.

yes but you think 87 is 20cents cheaper and you put 10 dollars in and you get what 3.8 gallons..93 you put 10 dollars in and you get 3.4 maybe 3.3 gallons..just put another dollar with that 10 and there ya go you have 3.8 gallons and you can tell the bigggest difference in performance between the 2..and dont mix either make sure you run all 87 out and then put 4 bucks of 93 in there and run that out and your good

with my current mods i get around 15 city mpg..I do put my foot in it sometimes...and i have 4.10s...But even with 4.10s, if i use 5th on the highway, i get around 21-22 highway mpg... A side note though, my car is a 00...im not sure what difference that makes so...

+1 premium gas gets better gas mileage. and that's with the crappy 91 octane they sell here in CA.

Last I checked I was get 14mpg city with 2.73's and my foot in it. Whats funny is that it would do a little worse if I dogged it around. I have since installed 3.73's gears, new plugs and plug wires. I will try to check my MPG again soon but it may not happen this month.
