I'd suggest looking at the IAC.

96 gt bucks when ac is on help

I talked to city garage my friend thinks that it has something to do with the mas or barometric pressuse sensor, anyways its going in to the shop tomorrow to get a full diagnosis, he thinks that its because of the k & n air filter that came with the car it has oil that get on the sensors and if u clean them with carb cleaner it damages them ur supposed to use some kind of electronic cleaner but ill let yall know what the issue is when i get it back

96 gt bucks when ac is on help

I took it to city garage and turns out that first someone had messed with my idle screw next to the trottle, he also tested the egr and told me that it had a restriction, so what u need to do is take off the egr valve and blow out the pipe that hooks up to the egr valve with a compresor with good pressure i also sprayed that tube with carb cleaned to help. second take off the trottle body and clean it very good the gasket should be reusable mine had about an 1/8 inch of carbon buildup on the hole where the egr valve mounts to, I had to clean mine out with a dremel tool because it would not come off with carb cleaned and a brush so try that good luck let me know how it works out, P.S you can test to c if you have restrictions by using a manual pump on the egr valve with the car on it should die if the system is good if it does not kill the car then u have a restriction makr sure to replace the egr gasket with new one so no leaks get cleated
