here what i dont get... u ran a 9.50 at 75 and ran a 14.58 then u put up a 9.29 at 76 running a 14.61 even if u missed 4th thats a .2 gain but yet on a 1/8th calculator 9.29 goes to 14.50? weird because u almost ran that with a slower 1/8th
anyone can shed some light on that?

They seem correct, I would say he could have done a 14.49 but thats about it. The 1/8 to 1/4 mile converters arnt accurate at all. the torque ranges matter when determining that, and too many factors to really do it accurately.

from stock to the way its set up now i dropped 7-9 tenths. 15.2-15.4 Stock- Now>14.5s
the great thing about the car is that is the gears and install kit were free i gutted my own cats car came with 40 series flows. sold a monster tach and bought cold air intake and drop springs.found a hurst short shifter in the garage from old car.only money i have put into it has been 347 bucks for my sumitumo 275 in the back and 255s in front ..hopefully after x-mas ill start to put some money into it and breaks out of the 14s. |

corrected, high 13s to very very low 14s. But next month, I'm doing portrd and polished ok heads with custom bumpsticks and hooker longtubes. I should be running high 13 at my altitude then.

wait, so 4point6, your car isn't even that heavily modded right? all you have is:
short shifter gears CAI gutted cats and springs? and that LT1 had bolt-ons, cams, and DRs....he should be pretty fast right? either that car or driver sucks my nuts |
