I think I'm just going to to the PI swap with it. It'd be easier to grab whatever I need off this engine than try to pick parts up somewhere else.

Would anyone like to point me in the direction of a list of parts I'll need that can't be found on the donor engine? And what about that headswap kit? I can't seem to find that anywhere.

Alrighty time to start gathering parts

What gaskets can i reuse? I assume all of the bolts (aside from the tty head bolts) are reusable...
I called my ford stealership to see what some prices were and they wanted $126 a piece for head gaskets (!!!!!) does this look alright?

So with that I should be good? I can reuse all the other gaskets and whatnot off the PI engine? What about the intake gaskets I used when I did the intake swap? Can I peel the silicone off and reuse that, or should I just use the one off the PI motor?

Thanks, and sorry for the stupid questions

Buy new intake gaskets. And timing cover gaskets.
