Get a code scanner to figure out what code is being thrown to cause the check engine light. The "O/D off"light means the overdrive in your transmission is turned off. I've never had an automatic Mustang (heh), but with Ford's theirs usually a button somewhere you can push to toggle the overdrive on/off. It's possible you may have a problem with your transmission as well, not too sure. I'd suggest getting those codes pulled first, post them on the board, and go from there.

Isn't the O/D off button beside the trac lok button on the center console?

yeah i hit everything possible im dropped 2 inches and i LOVE IT.

Overdrive light off, button is near the shifter, right near where it says the P< R< N< D. thing. haha, you should see it.

CEL is on because something is wrong, you need to have codes checked like others have said.

PM me when you find the code numbers. I'll help you from there, or post them up.

I hate how low my Cobra is, the roads are just too bumpy around here. The side exits drag and forget about speed bumps!
