If you have Flowmaster mufflers I would go with an H-pipe. Thats what I have and it sounds good

You are going to get a mid pipe to fit longtubes? Make sure it matches the brand of longtubes you are buying. I perfer Hs but I have an O/R X going on with my Hooker Longtubes.

i have just a 2 1/2 inch flowmaster catback and all my friends think that i have a full exhaust. it gets starts to get loud at about 2000 rpms.

anything under 2000rmp sounds nice but it isn't as loud so it keeps the cops away and doesn't drive the girlfriend crazy.

and i looks good becuase it comes with stainless steel tips

fast98stang you need a gf into cars like mine
i have just flowmasters and it sounds alright... i had an o/r xpipe on there for a while and it sounded like ass (don't do it with flowmasters). I'm thinking about getting an H, but that's after my heads and cams go in

you have the whole catback... i just have weld-in 40's (at least I think they're 40's... in any case, they're just the mufflers) if that makes any difference

at any rate, it was loud, and sounded horrible until you hit about 2500RPM (daily driving was annoying)
